Sweet Relish items are one-of-a-kind creations made from vintage and new elements. Each item is touched 8 to 10 times during the creative process. Since creations are handmade of repurposed materials, there will be differences from one to piece to another. Vintage and repurposed items express wear from use; because of this materials will vary in characteristics. These differences give our pieces the personality and character that we value.

Payment:

Payment is due at time of purchase. Payments on custom orders are due within 48 hours of confirmation of order.

Shipping:

All orders ship within 3 business days, for custom orders, refer to contract. Orders are shipped USPS, priority mail or first class. We not responsible for lost or damaged items. Insurance on your order is available upon request. Please note that shipping fees on return items are not the responsibility of Sweet Relish.

Returns & Repairs:

Refunds are not available, but we are happy to offer an exchange. Items are guaranteed for up to 30 days from purchase for craftsman’s defect. All returns and repairs must be accompanied by a sales receipt. Shipping fees on return items are not the responsibility of Sweet Relish. SORRY, NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES ON CUSTOM ORDERS.

Cancellations:

Cancellations are not available on any order.
